So I weighed in at 193.5 lbs =( That's not a good thing. I need to put a goal in place. Something to work towards. It needs to be
1. Specific
2. Measurable
3. Needs to be MY goal
4. Needs to have a time limit
5. Need to write it down… so here goes

Yep, I am going to lose 30 lbs by March 2, 2011. That was easy enough… right!?!?

Grande Non Fat White Chocolate Mocha with Whip and Caramel Sauce

1/2 cup oatmeal w/splenda
Smart Ones Roasted Turkey
Progresso Soup, 10 crackers
Exercise:
Elliptical 45 min, level 1
Plank 2 sets 20 seconds
Shoulders - Press, Side Raise, Front Raise
8lbs, 2 sets of 10
